They are handcrafted with care and attention to detail to give you great quality. And they are simple - instead of adding to the noise of the world these items are subtle, functional and peaceful. I will be transparent with you about what goes into making my products so that you can make an informed decision about what you buy.

About the Artist
I'm Ashley Ward - pen artist, hand-crafter, slow-living seeker, nature lover, book enthusiastr and homebody. I'm also a wife, mom and homeschool mom. Taking care of my family & my home is a major part of my life's work but creating peaceful art completes my calling.
Wherever I go, I'm inspired by the nature and patterns of that place. Growing up in California, I fell in love with the ocean's multi-colored grains of sand and salty sea water. Later, I spent a decade in New Mexico exploring the beauty of the deserts, mountains and rivers. Now, I find myself in the hill country of Texas surrounded by lakes, oaks and the rolling hills. It's this love of nature, patterns and places that influences the art that I create.
When I make art, I’m fully present and engaged and this leads to a feeling of calm that is rare to find elsewhere. I hope that those who view and collect my pieces feel that same sense of peace and contentment with which they were made.
Thank you so much for being here,
Ashley
